KOHEN / BANKING & SWISS CAPITAL

A long-term ambition: institutional finance and a real Swiss bank.

KOHEN PLATFORM is developing its international finance strategy with Switzerland as a potential financial centre. The immediate focus is corporate finance preparation and institutional partnerships. A future KOHEN Swiss Bank would require a separate licensed legal entity, substantial capital, governance and regulatory approval.

CURRENT BUSINESS DIRECTION

Banking solutions for businesses and projects

KOHEN can help companies organise financing requirements, banking documentation and transaction information for review by selected financial institutions. Credit approval, account opening, deposits, payment services and bank products remain decisions and services of the relevant licensed bank.

Corporate Banking Readiness

Company profile, ownership, business activity, financial statements, source of funds and banking purpose.

Corporate Lending & Project Finance

Financing brief preparation, cash-flow and repayment analysis, collateral overview and lender information requirements.

Trade & Transaction Banking

Documentary trade requirements, working capital, payment cycles and transaction structure preparation.

Institutional Partnerships

Research and engagement planning for banks, private-credit institutions, funds and specialist financial providers.

SWITZERLAND STRATEGY

KOHEN Swiss Capital

A potential Swiss finance and investment company can provide a base for financial analysis, corporate finance, investment research, international business development and strategic partnerships. Its exact activities must be checked against Swiss regulatory requirements before operations begin.

FUTURE BANKING INITIATIVE

KOHEN Swiss Bank — a separate long-term project

The ambition is to establish or acquire a genuine Swiss bank, not simply use a banking-style brand. This would require a separate bank entity, FINMA authorisation, qualifying capital, fit-and-proper governance, risk and compliance systems, operational infrastructure, audit and ongoing prudential supervision.

Route A / New Bank

Develop a full business case, capital plan, banking model, governance, technology and regulatory application strategy.

Route B / Acquisition

Assess whether an existing licensed institution could be acquired, including ownership approval, due diligence, capital needs, remediation and regulatory consent.

Route C / Partnership First

Build banking relationships and financial operations through existing licensed institutions while developing the long-term bank case.

KOHEN Swiss Bank is a future ambition only. KOHEN PLATFORM is not currently a Swiss bank, does not accept deposits and does not provide banking services under a Swiss banking licence. A stated minimum capital threshold is not a complete estimate of the capital or total cost needed to establish a viable bank.
